Guides

Four libraries, one for each of our programmes. Plain writing about the thing you are trying to change, what helps, and what does not.

Start with the library that matches your problem. Money and growth, putting things off, a mind that will not settle, or a phone you cannot put down.

Universilium is one app with several methods that already work, and manifestation is only one of them. The quiz at the end of any guide decides which mix you get.

What is in each library

The Abundance

Money blocks, affirmations, visualisation, the 369 and 55x5 methods, and what the research actually supports.

End Procrastination

Task paralysis, perfectionism, focus, the five minute rule, and the habits that hold when motivation does not.

Manifesting Peace

Loneliness, sleep, worry at night, grief, purpose after work ends, and the small practices that settle a day.

Phone and Scroll Reset

Scrolling at night, the morning check, notifications, short video, what to reach for instead, and whether blockers actually work.

How the guides are written

No promises that wanting a thing makes it arrive. Where a popular technique has nothing behind it beyond attention and repetition, the page says so, and then says what the technique is still good for.

Every page carries the honest caveat: this is a practice, not treatment, and some things belong with a doctor rather than with an app.

If you would rather practise than read

Each library ends on the quiz for its programme. A few questions, then a plan of 30 or 90 days with one short session a day, built from your answers.
